How to change and receive a refund for a Limited Express ticket

•You can change the train for your reserved-seat Limited Express ticket only one time before departure. This can be done at a Limited Express ticket sales window. In this case, any outstanding fare is charged and any excess payment is refunded.

•You can get a refund for your Limited Express ticket before departure, minus a small handling charge.

•For tickets purchased at travel agencies, please contact the travel agency from which you originally purchased the ticket.

How to Transfer/Change to a Limited Express

•Some trains will not go directly to your destination and you will be required to transfer/change trains.

•If you are going to transfer/change Limited Express trains and your connecting time at the transfer station is less than 30 minutes, you will be issued a single Limited Express ticket for the whole journey.
