Types of Limited Express trains

[Urban Liner]

"Urban Liner" Limited Express trains connect ŌSAKA-NAMBA Sta. and KINTETSU-NAGOYA Sta.

The advanced Urban Liner "NEXT," the Nagoya-Osaka Limited Express, and the Urban Liner"PLUS" now offer extra comfort in their interiors. With recently developed cradle-type reclining seats, all non-smoking seats, ladies' lavatories, and improved barrier-free facilities, you are sure to enjoy your trip.

<Barrier-free Facilities>

There are two seats on the trains for wheelchair users. Press the emergency button to activate the buzzer in the crew's cabin. The adjacent deck area has enough space for wheelchairs to turn around. Additionally, a multi-functional lavatory with wheelchair accessibility has been installed in each train.

The entire deluxe car has three single seats in each row, with plenty of personal space, a 22-inch large display screen displaying passenger and service information, and cradle-type reclining seats. Panorama observation decks are located in the front and back cars.

[Ise-Shima Liner]

"Ise-Shima Liner" operates mainly between the Toba/Kashikojima regions and Osaka, Kyoto and Nagoya.

The yellow and white colors of the Ise-Shima Liner represent the abundant sunlight of Ise-Shima. This Limited Express has a stylish form and travels quick as the wind to its resort destination. The beautiful views from the wide windows and the spacious seats ensure that you will enjoy your trip to your destination.

Two reclining seats for single use are available in the passenger seating area. Wide doors and a large lavatory are available for wheelchair users.

This Limited Express train features wide and high windows that reach the ceiling. The Salon-Car will make your group trips even more enjoyable. Enjoy the wide windows and the scenery speedily passing by. Be amazed at the dynamic panoramic views from the observation decks located in the front and back cars.

Salon seats, face-to-face seating for four persons and twin seats for two persons are available, recommended for both families and couples. The large panorama windows provide a wide-open feeling. The table set between the seats is very versatile, a space to play games and enjoy your meals.

[Sakura Liner]

The "Sakura Liner" connects ŌSAKA-ABENOBASHI Sta. with Asuka/Yoshinoji.

The brilliant colors of the Sakura Liner offer a superb contrast with the beautiful colors of nature. The train's elegant form glides through the wind and the large windows provide a dynamic panoramic view.

The front window is now wider, providing a nice panoramic view of the landscape ahead. The landscape zooms by dynamically and gives you the feeling of being in a "moving observatory." Enjoy the superb view to your heart's content.

[Vista Car]

The symbol of the Kintetsu Limited Express -- the double-decker "Vista Car"

The Vista Car has two double-decked cars on each coach. The top floor of the double-decked cars has an enhanced panoramic view, and the bottom floor is spacious, with salon-like passenger rooms.

The popular top floor has expanded its height using curved glass, and now has a wider seating pitch. The bottom floor provides salon-like small passenger rooms seating up to 6 persons. The stairway is designed with a vaulted ceiling as high as the ceiling of the second floor, creating a unique space.

[Regular type]

Stylish regular Limited Expresses [ACE22000] and [ACE16400]

This is Kintetsu Railway's main Limited Express, and its pride and joy, with stylish two-tone exterior colors and the calm interior environment. The lighting is chic and classy and the seats provide a relaxing space. Wheelchair facilities are available on the 4-car trains, and have wider space in the lavatories and the doorways.
