Automatic ticket gates
Please insert your tickets in the slot in the ticket gate machine.
When entering the station: Please retrieve your ticket after it comes out of the ticket gate machine.
Exiting the station: Regular tickets are collected by the ticket gate machine, so just put your ticket in the slot and walk straight through.

Changes and Refunds
Changes
If you wish to change part or all of your route after you start using the regular and Limited Express tickets, your fare will be adjusted. Please talk to a station worker or the conductor. You will be charged for any balance due, but if the adjusted fare is less than the original fare, you will not receive a refund.
Refunds
For unused and valid regular tickets (valid only for the date of purchase), we will refund the fare minus the handling charge.
For tickets purchased at travel agencies, please contact the travel agency where you originally purchased the ticket.
*We cannot re-issue lost or stolen tickets. In such cases, please purchase a new ticket.
