Community Guidelines

This Facebook page (hereinafter, "Page") operated by Kintetsu Railway Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter, "Company") is designed to be available as a forum where users can enjoy accessing content that mainly provides information about sightseeing along the railway lines operated by the Company.

To ensure effective communication with users, the Company presents the following community guidelines (hereinafter, "Guidelines"). Prior to using the Page, please agree to follow the content of the Guidelines.

  • Operation

    The Page is operated by Kintetsu Railway Co.,Ltd. The Company may terminate its operation or delete the Page without advance notice.

  • Reply

    The Company does not reply to all of the comments and articles posted by users to the Page.

  • Attention

    1. The Company does not assume any liability concerning the accuracy, safety, usefulness, etc. of information on the Page.
    2. The Company does not assume any liability concerning content posted by users.
    3. The Company does not assume any liability for any damage suffered by users as a result of use of or inability to use the Page.
    4. The Company does not assume any liability for any damage suffered by users or third parties as a result of trouble among users or between users and third parties.
    5. In addition to the provisions 1 to 4 above, the Company does not assume any liability for any damage suffered by users or third parties as a result of any matter relating to the Page.
    6. The copyright, etc. in and to the content posted is vested in the users themselves who post such content. However, such users are deemed to have granted the Company a royalty-free, worldwide and non-exclusive license to use the content posted (including reproduction, processing, extracting, publishing thereof) and to have agreed with the Company not to exercise their copyright, etc.

  • Prohibited Acts

    The following acts are prohibited.

    In the case of any of the following acts, the Company may delete posted content or block accounts:

    1. Acts of identifying, disclosing or leaking personal information of other users or third parties without obtaining the consent of the person;
    2. Acts of causing the Company, other users or third parties to suffer damage;
    3. Acts of spoofing on the Company, other users or third parties;
    4. Acts of defaming or slandering the Company, other users or third parties or of damaging their honor or trust;
    5. Acts of infringing the copyright, trademark right or other rights of the Company, other users or third parties;
    6. Acts of posting information having nothing to do with the Page;
    7. Acts of violating or of providing information that violates public order and morality;
    8. Acts of violating the terms of use of Facebook;
    9. Other acts that the Company determines to be inappropriate.

  • Governing Law, Jurisdiction

    The use of the Page and the interpretation of the Guidelines are governed by the laws of Japan. If any dispute occurs between the Company and users, the Osaka District Court shall be the court of the first instance with the exclusive and agreed jurisdiction.
