What are Smart Lockers?

Smart Lockers are Internet-connected lockers that support cashless payment and can be used not only for baggage storage but also for delivery services.
If you leave your baggage in the locker by 2:00 p.m., select from around 160 hotels in Osaka City using the touch panel, and pay with an IC card, your baggage will be delivered to the designated hotel by the evening of the same day. (Delivery service from refrigerated lockers is not available.)

  • For any stations not listed below, please visit the website of each station to check if there are any coin lockers.
  • Depending on the usage, some coin lockers may not be available.
  • You will need to use 100 yen coins to access a coin locker (except for Smart Lockers), but there may not be a coin changer installed in some stations.
  • The figures in parentheses indicate the number of Smart Lockers.
  • Refrigeration is only available with Smart Lockers.
